Thank you for referring a family member, friend, neighbor, colleague to Bonded Resurfacing. We truly appreciate your support and will reach out to that individual within  2 business days. All referrals are submitted voluntarily by those who complete the form. To be eligible for the $100 reward customers must agree to receive occasional marketing emails and/or social media updates from Bonded Resurfacing or its marketing partners. Bonded Resurfacing reserves the right to determine how the $100 reward will be distributed, whether via gift card(s), check, or electronic payment. This method of distribution may change without notice. Rewards will be granted based on the final invoice amount of completed projects exceeding $1,500. Bonded Resurfacing must receive the completed electronic referral before the referral's project estimate is finalized. If applicable, rewards will be sent to the participant listed as the referring party on the submitted form, with the mailing address verified beforehand. Rewards may also be issued electronically to the referring party and will arrive within 4-6 weeks after the referral's project is completed, provided payment has been made in full.
